Mindfulness & Meditation

One of the most important lessons we can learn in life is this: we do not see the world how it is. We see the world how we choose to perceive it. Every situation is neutral until we put meaning to it, either positive or negative. This means we actually have a choice over how we perceive and react to the events in our lives. Through meditation and mindfulness, we can examine these perceptions and reactions without judgement, and objectively decide if we would like to think something different.

Delivered through four, 2hr 15 minute evening sessions, each Mindfulness, Meditation & Relaxation workshop is for up to 8 people, and involves a mixture of theory and practical exercises.
Over the four weeks of the workshop, you will get the chance to explore a variety of different mindfulness practices and meditations. The techniques you will learn can empower you to make better, conscious choices that can transform your feelings and your mood.

A welcoming space
Each session is held in a calm, friendly and welcoming space. Importantly, what you choose to share about yourself in the sessions is up to you; it can be as much or as little as you like. Whatever your choice, sessions are always confidential. At the beginning of each course, everyone pledges to keep the content of our sessions private.

A real treat for those who are new to mindfulness and meditation and a refresher for those already practicing.

You covered such a variety of things with us Sarah, things that made our minds work and THINK (values, wheel of life balance, relaxing meditations, yoga/pilates at the end which was fab, and yes, we were lucky enough to do a bit of work outside which was awesome). You’d thought of everything. People in the group were sharing, thus forming friendships and bonds, perhaps some people were a little bit out of their comfort zone (i.e. me, speaking in a group), but in such a lovely environment and with lovely like-minded people I felt safe, and happy to push myself.Â
Somehow you manage to capture people into your passionate world of mindfulness and meditation. Don’t change the way you do things. People warm to you. The way you conduct yourself, you are YOU, not putting on a show, passionate about what you do, caring, funny and wanting to share your knowledge, and help change people’s lives…..
